Transitioning

Since Natalie's birthday is on Tuesday, I decided that I needed to clean out her dresser and transition from all the clothes that are too small to her 12-18 month clothes (mostly 18 months). The two of us worked together listening to music and dancing while \pulling the old clothes out and putting the new ones in.

This is a video of Natalie helping to open and close the dresser doors. Notice how she has learned to move her head out of the way, so as not to get hit.

Fish!

All three of us got to spend a day together (something which rarely happens) and went to Underwater Adventures at the Mall of America.

Turtles ("tur-tul" as Natalie says in a whisper)
(see the blue Easter egg in there? They were everywhere.)
Alligator, anyone? Scary!
Look, a fish!

A Girl with Curls

Look at those post-bathtime curls!

Natalie also had a run in with a friend's table today. Like always, she cried only for a couple of seconds and was done! What a trooper!

New Discoveries

Natalie has never before used a pacifier. We gave her one today that we had around the house and she loved it, but wasn't quite sure what to do with it other than chew on it.
She's also started sucking her lips in. We're not sure if it feels good on her gums, or if she does it because she gets a response from people.
Our new spinning and bouncing games:

This video was taken sideways, so only those who are not faint of heart should watch it (it kind of makes my stomach queasy!).
