Basement Remodel - Projected Completion Date of April 1st, 2009 (we hope!)
Before:
Step One - finally convince your wife that it is time to remodel the basement when you both feel and see the outside breeze blowing through the curtains. Step Two - get rid of all basement walls, including moldy bathroom ones
Step Three - replace moldy insulation by hiring good-looking insulation expert to reuse insulation found hidden in the ceiling of the basement

I think it might be too breezy if I have to use the bathroom while I'm there!! So much for privacy. But how exciting - what a change. Mom
