This weekend

These are some pictures from this weekend:

Reading her first book by herself ;)

It was a little chilly with all the wind coming off the lake, so we put on her jogging suit

Isn't she adorable?!

This is a video of my Grandpa and Natalie on Saturday, after meeting for the first time. I was laughing so much the video is a little bit shaky!

A Trip to the Zoo

Here is Natalie, all geared up for her first trip to the Zoo!

We had to get a picture of us with a monkey in the background, but he was kind of hard to see

If you look closely, you can see mama Orangutan to the left of dad and there is a baby crawling to the right of him - it was so cute!

Fourth of July

On Thursday night Adam, Natalie and I went to the Coon Rapids parade. We weren't sure how she would do, but just like every other new experience, she did great!

Here's a video of Natalie getting pumped up before the parade even started

On Friday, Natalie and I went to the pool with Marni, Grandpa Dave and Anissa, Hailey, Alexa, Chloe, Sam, Jordan, and Riley (what a group!). It was Natalie's first time in a big pool. She really enjoyed the inside pool, but the outside one was a little bit too cold for her still (although she enjoyed that one as well).

My First Day Back...

Today was my first day back at work - which meant that Natalie got to spend the morning with Adam! They had a really good time together and I didn't call them even once during the day! I thought it was going to be really hard, but it was actually not that bad (it really helped knowing that she would be at home with Adam). I'm sure that once we have to bring her to daycare, it will be a different story!

I did bring some pictures to show my coworkers, so that helped that I got to look at them too!

Anyway, enough of this "first-time mom" gushiness! I'm just grateful that I am blessed to be able to have a job and that Natalie and Adam got to spend some quality time together!
