Living this life means dealing with messy things and being able to see the beauty in the Clutter left behind.

Our Weekend in Grand Rapids
Natalie and I went to visit Grandpa and Grandma Bonasera in Grand Rapids this weekend while Adam was at work. We had a very relaxing time and got to go to their church last night too.
Natalie had these socks on her ears (placed there lovingly by her mother) for almost ten minutes before trying to grab them off!

Bonasera's 50th Anniversary Weekend
This past weekend was Great Grandpa Bob and Great Grandma Iva's 50th Anniversary party in New London, MN. We weren't able to make it on the actual day of the party, but made it up on Sunday when most of the family was still there.
This is one of the only pictures we have ever had taken (other than by professionals) where we both look semi-okay. It's too bad Natalie wasn't in it as well because we could use it for next year's Christmas card!

She's Growing Up!
Two things happened tonight. Both exciting. One Natalie was happy about, one that she didn't enjoy that much.
Can you see it? On Natalie's upper lip on her left side - the aftermath of standing up in the crib and then slipping and hitting her lip on the railing. But proof of how strong she is, there weren't any tears at all! Just a quick little bottom lip quiver.

Random Videos
These are two videos I took yesterday and thought I would post for those family and friends that don't get a chance to see and hear Natalie that much.
In this video, Natalie discovered the cord on the camera and was very intrigued by it.

9 Months!
She just looks so much bigger lately. In these pajamas, I think she looks more like a little girl than a baby. Can you see the look on her face? That's the "I see something over there that I really want to get at and I am going to get it no matter what" look.
Natalie's 9 month appointment was yesterday and here are her measurements:
Head circumference: 17 1/2" (66%)
Length: 28 3/4" (87%)
Weight: 19 lb. 9 oz. (65%)
As the months go by, it gets harder to get her to just sit on the chair and pose with the bear. But it sure is cute when she grabs for the bear right away and hugs it tight!
